How to enroll for course at NIELIT portal step-by-step?
Step 1: Open NEILIT Portal
Open NEILIT portal at https://student.nielit.gov.in/Index.aspx
Step 2: Select Specific Course
Select specific course of your choice at the portal as highlighted in the screen
Step 3: Apply Online
Apply directly at NIELIT and attend courses at NSCSM centre near your home by clicking on Apply Online button as highlighted in screen above
Step 4: Select NSCSM
Accept it, and select West Bengal as state, East Medinipur as district and NSCSM as Centre
